TWD: Pizza with Onion Confit


I was a big fan of this week's recipe. The dough was easy to work with and the combination tasted good. We added spinach and goat cheese. Next time, I'd use about half of the confit and more spinach, but overall this was a success!

  3. Spinach would be a good addition. Looks great. My dough seemed better the next day when I made another pizza. I think it needed more time to rest.

  9. Great suggestion with the spinach; I am totally with you on reducing the amount of onions per pizza, but I would suppose a real onion lover would disagree! Your recipe looks scrumptious!
